BUYER wants to see 20 properties in 2 DAYS!

Any minute now, I am expecting a phone call from someone at the Guinness Book of W. Records...The reason being, I had a prospective buyer call this week on one of my listings and he wants to see close to twenty houses in one weekend....HOLY HOUSES BATMAN! I really think that there is a point to which you really can't retain a certain amount of housing attributes in one day. Going out with these type of buyers, I really think anything over 5 is overkill, for at that point you really just want to get them over with . So here is our plan...My father is going to go out and bring this buyer through a part of town tomorrow in the morning and I will take over in the afternoon...See the thing is, this buyer was really adamant about seeing all of these listings even though I tried to explain to what typically happens after house viewing #6....But you know what, if he wants to see these, the advantage of having a team is that teammates pinch hit for each other and can go EXTRA INNINGS!!! By the end of the weekend, I will be either really happy for being able to have found this buyer a new home or I will be calling in for the long reliever ! Here goes nothing....Doing the right thing in the Capital Region Real Estate Market...-Mike
