Long Island New Construction Homes weekly update:

This weekly post shows the new construction listings that came out during the previous week.  The week is defined as Friday to Thursday.  This gives prospective homebuyers the opportunity to plan their weekend home viewings in advance.

NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME BUYING TIP OF THE WEEK:

Even though a home may be new, and never lived in, it is still a good idea to get the home inspected by a licensed home inspection company.  It may seem like an unnecessary expense, but this is likely the most expensive purchase that many people will make, so it is worth it.
