For the past 4 month I have been working with a first time home buyer. I showed ever and all listing that matches what their looking for. Put in 8 offers and got 4 a/o, every time they go to inspection they always find something wrong with the house. This past week it's was the termite or it the sump pump, or it's the location. And now I am complete fed up, I know they're going to buy and some of the problems with the houses is a good reason not to buy. It's at a point where I think they never going to purchase a house. Also if I leave them they might find something right away and I would lose the commission, plus all the time and effort I put into it.
What would you do ? Any comments?
