Just a quick note to point out that Albany NY area mortgage rates are great! I had a couple buying a two family owner occupied property yesterday quoted 4.87% for a 30 year fixed with only 3% down. If you are employed and have a decent credit report the money is available. Don't believe all the hype about loans taking 6 months and money not being available.
