I think we are finally getting to the bottom. Or maybe it's just wishful thinking. I do know we are running out of inventory. Try and find anything decent under 250K and it's gone. Now if we could just convince all the bi-level seller to get their price under 300, it would clear up a lot of the 250-350 market.
