The sale price range for the 9 sales were: $195,500 - $850,000. Athough most of the sales in the County is in the $100,000-$300,000 range Rhinbeck had 2 sales in the $800,000 range thus giving it an average sale price of $428,586.

An nice report as usual. How is the market doing overall? It looks like things may be turning around in Southern New Hampshire.
Jennifer - Hopefully spring is in the air and the Rhiebeck market is now coming alive with activity, BOTH in tourists and out of town investors!
Spring is the time for relocating. You seem to have some well priced homes, I am sure you will knock them out.
Joan - Glad to hear things are improving in Southern New Hampshire. Buyers are looking for deals and first time buyers are driving the sales.
Carol - I know the tourist will be here, with NY 400th anniversary celebration tourism should do well.
