Median % difference from asking price to closed pricing, 2009: -8.15%

Median % difference from asking price to closed pricing, 2008: -8.05%

Towns included in the search for sold homes: Aquebogue, Baiting Hollow, Calverton,Cutchogue,East Marion,Greenport, Jamesport, Laurel, Mattituck, Orient, Peconic,Riverhead, Southold. Search does not include private sales. All info offered, while deemed reliable, has no guarantee.

Of the figures offered for 2009, three properties closed that were either bank owned (REO), or short sale transactions.
