IN ONE OF MY LAST POSTS: " PUTTING YOUR "LOCAL KNOWLEDGE" TO WORK FOR YOU: ...How To Make It Work And Why It Will Create More Business! " I wrote that the color in your marketing area is one major way to get a good a solid, emotional description of your niche market:
WANT TO CAPTURE YOUR "NICHE" AUDIENCES ATTENTION?
In this post, I want to expand on the idea of using color to enhance your story telling and give you some ways to develop this technique. I use it as much as I possibly can and it pulls the reader into the area you are writing about with much more of a connection than just pointing out the interesting places to go and things to do.
Everyone is an "artist" in real estate life, whether you "sculpt" your business into a thing of beauty; whether you create a canvas of your properties to catch the eye of your buyers. We are all artists of sorts and we all can create a more picturesque way to capture our customers and clients through our writing!
EXAMPLE:
IN the Southampton market place, there is a theme that courses through the streets and local roads of this bucolic Hampton. Most people see it because it is there in the homes, the shops, the museums and
almost all the restaurants here. I try to point it out in all of my local posts--and it does get attention! The public loves it.
Good luck with your new found secret to make the most of your LOCAL INFORMATION!
