Seems that some buyers may have better prices to choose from for their golden years :)
Laurie, You have more condos out east on Long Island then I thought! It's good that they're in all price ranges and Riverhead seems always to be growing.
Laurie I also noticed the range in price which provides a buying opportunity for different income range.
Enjoy your trip.
Sally Jo, and the prices keep getting better...
Carole, when you're ready, we'll both get one and be neighbors (if the place doesn't shovel, Sean will do your driveway)!
Jennifer, you're welcomed to join us out here someday- it is pretty encouraging to know that for those that choose to remain on the North fork, there are many opportunities! And the corn...fresh from the fields...YUM.
Where is the "Calverton Hills" mentioned in your statistics? Is it the complex that is immediately south of the LIE at Exit 72?
