Staten Island Real Estate.

Staten Island Real Estate. Should you dump your real estate agent and how to tell if you have a good real estate agent. Buying a home is serious business and is probably your biggest investment but yet many buyers do not know what a real estate agent should do or shouldn’t do for that matter. When you lack experience, how could you tell if you have a good real estate agent or an incompetent real estate agent. A good real estate agent should listen to you. When I meet with you for the first time, we will sit down together and I will ask you to tell me the following: 1- What type of a home are you looking for? 2- Are you familiar with Staten Island? 3- What area or neighborhood are you looking in? 4- Are schools important to you? 5- Is transportation important to you? 6- How many bedrooms do you need? 7- What is it that you must have in a home? For example: garage, basement, fireplace etc…. 8- Do you have a pre-qualification or pre-approval for a mortgage? 9- What price range are you looking at? 10- When would you like to move in to your new home? This information is very important for me to know as your real estate agent. If I keep showing you homes that do not fit your needs and wants, then I just waste your time and mine. Before you get into my car to see homes, I will explain the buying process to you, let you know how I operate and get a good idea of what you need. Real estate is a full-time job. If a real estate agent has you as their second job, it can cost you losing the home of your dreams. Timing is everything in most cases. When offers are being negotiated a part-time agent may not be available to negotiate on your behalf when it is important to be available, and another buyer who has a full-time real estate agent working for them may get the upper hand. Now you have lost on the momentum. Staten Island Real Estate. Click here to search for all Staten Island homes for sale What's my house worth?
