Woodside Queens NY April 2008 Sales Update

Listed below are all residential sales in Woodside N,Y., for the period 4/01/2008 to 4/30/2008 as recorded by our local MLS (L.I.B.O.R. aka Long Island Board of Realtors).

- 51-04 61st St- (pic above) 1 family, attached, brick construction sold for $400,000 after only 78 days on the market.

- 72-32 51st Rd- (pic above) 1 family, attached, brick construction, with 3 bedrooms and no garage wit private driveway, sold for $473,000 on the market for 36 days!

- 48-01 66th St- (pic. above) 1 family, brick, semi-detached, 3 bedrooms, 2 car detached garage w/ shared driveway, sold for $590,000 in a whopping 226 days!!! (Thaty's got to hurt!)

-33-48 58th St- (pic. above) - 1 family, attached, brick construction, 3 bedrooms, private driveway and 1 car garage, sold for $570,200 after only 35 days on the market.

- 41-18 73rd St- (pic. above) - 3 family semi-detached brick, 7 bedrooms, 1 car detached garage with shared driveway, sold for $1,130,000 in ONLY 10 days.

Wow, new york!  I have a big picture in my LR of a New York skyline.  The first book I remember reading is 'A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.'  Never been, someday.........

Yes, it is, I named my daughter Annie Laurie after the baby and my son Johnny after the husband.  Corny, huh?
