- 48-01 66th St- (pic. above) 1 family, brick, semi-detached, 3 bedrooms, 2 car detached garage w/ shared driveway, sold for $590,000 in a whopping 226 days!!! (Thaty's got to hurt!)

-33-48 58th St- (pic. above) - 1 family, attached, brick construction, 3 bedrooms, private driveway and 1 car garage, sold for $570,200 after only 35 days on the market.
