Are you still listing your home with that agent that gives you the highest price???

I have seen a lot of homes coming on the market with prices that seen to be just plucked out of the air.
Some agent are getting so desperate to get listings they are just making up prices to make the owners list with them. For a while agents here were pricing things at a reasonable range, but recently they are getting back to BUYING THE LISTING!!!

I guess some people just don't get it!!
