Things have been very good the last 2 months!!!!

Well, here at Coldwell Banker of Yorktown we have been seeing just as many deals going into contract as we have gotten new listings. This is quite a turnaround from where we were seeing almost twice as many new listings as in contracts. Inventory levels are starting to level out, another sign that things are changing.

I also feel that as we get closer to the deadline for being able to file for the $8,000.00 Tax Credit things will get even hotter. We have had quite a few people qualify for the Tax Credit and will be seeing a lot more.
