In this market of falling values, tight money, high unemployment and bad weather I think we need to let our sphere of influence know that the language we speak is real estate!
Almost everyone is interested in some topic of real estate, if you strike up a conversation with them and open the discussion to todays issues. People out of the business really want to know that money is still available and that housing values will climb. They want to be assured that we are confident and have faith that the economy is not going to push us out of the business, just make us have to work harder!
We can influence the publics assessment of real estate by what we tell them, and we can tell them that we will still have people with needs to buy and sell property. We can tell them that the financial institutions still want to do business with solid buyers that have a job. Assure the public that more than 90% of the public does have a job and many do have buying power!
