What's the story? Well it is the demand in the area. There is a demand for homes in the Avon and surrounding areas of Avon Lake, Bay Village and North Ridgeville.

People have asked me how long this demand will last. I think it will last for the Spring season. That is the best I can say now. We have a new president and congress and we can only predict that the planned stimulus packages will stimulate excitement and buying. How long this will hold will depend on what comes out of this stimulus plan (if a plan gets passed).
