Last Friday I was sitting in the office waiting while an issue with a closing was resolved. I was chatting with another real estate agent who told me he listed a nice split level in North Canton just that day and already had 3 showings scheduled on it. I looked up the property and decided that I better get in on the action and showed it to my own clients over the weekend.
In the meantime, I received an email from another client who wanted to see the same house tomorrow night. I called to schedule the appt. and was told that it might be too late. There was 10 showings over the weekend, 3 offers, and 1 offer that is expected to arrive today!!
So again, is the real estate market really that terrible? You be the judge!
