The real bottom of the housing market in Greater Cincinnati Ohio?

In my last blog (yesterday) I took some statistics from our last sales meeting at Keller Williams and explained that we may have actually hit a real bottom in house prices in January of 2009. Well today, while scanning the Yahoo news I clicked on their real estate section to see what the latest news there was. I was pleased to see the same chart that I reported on yesterday but this time taken from Zillow and the local auditors sites versus the Greater Cincinnati MLS system. For fear of plagiarism or any copyright law infringement I don't want to copy and paste the chart here but if you go to Yahoo, then Real Estate, Click on Cincinnati Ohio you will see the same chart. If you pull a 5 year average you will see the exact dip I am referring to in January. Very interesting to have that confirmed. I hope I am right? Feels good sometimes.
