On top of the 8,000 Federal Stimulus, the Ohio Housing Finance Agencies MCC Program can offer additional Tax Credits. This program did run out of funds for Non-Target Areas, however at Noon Today they allocated an additional 2.5 Million. An online calculator is available Here to see the possible additional Tax Credits that could be available.
With these credits and the number of Value Priced homes today is a great time for anyone that is considering buying a home to step up their efforts to find a home.
Hi Tim -- Thanks for sharing additional information about other incentives as well.
