Fairfield Ohio Real Estate Update and surrounding areas

The area W13 in the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Serviceis comprised of Fairfield Ohio, and Fairfield Twp. Ohio. Of the listings on the market in January, 1/3 were Brand New Listings.

As you can see, January Listings jumped in January over October, November and December. It is interesting to see how Sellers were being aggressive in October in pricing. Look at the price reductions, 98 which is very high. The seller's, and their respective Realtors, were probably trying to beat the tax credit which, at that time, was expiring on November 30, 2009. The tax credit has been extended to April 30, 2010 for the first time home buyers.
