This traditional Hudson home has a great location, beautiful yard, roomy bedrooms, outstanding neighborhood and fantastic schools. It was a showcase all of its life, known for luxurious furnishings and beautiful gardens, until it was empty. It just looked sad and tired. We needed to show its potential!

Enter Marcia & Vallie. After they did their wonders, we were under contract within six weeks!

Previous days on the market: Previous listing 331. My listing, up to staging: 210. After staging: under contract by day 251.
