A Gorgeous Day To Show Houses In Kirtland & Chardon, Ohio

Today was a beautiful day!  About 70 degrees and with the leaves changing color -  WOW!  It was just the perfect day to be out showing homes!                                                                

Today's list of homes took us to Kirtland and Chardon Ohio

One of the buyer's preferences is for 1+ acres, so many of the lots were breathtaking!  Since Kirtland and Chardon are country settings we took our time and the scenic route driving between houses.

Good news too!  There are few strong maybes from today and we'll be heading out later this week for second showings!  Let's see if the weather holds up through the end of the week.
