The actual orthodontic space is very cool, modern and comfortable. Julie sat on the window seat right next to our daughter when she was in the chair. Everyone is accessible and ready to answer questions. Our daughter, being 13, was busy texting the whole time, and no one minded--they all do it!! Actually, it serves as a great distraction. We were also given all three phone numbers at which to reach any of the doctors after hours. Wow!

Julie called me again on her way home and further described the actual facilities, the staff, and the entire environment. "When you walk through the door, there is a flat-screen monitor and keyboard on which you type your last name and up pops your appointment and you are checked in -- all in 5 seconds. The waiting area is spacious, modern, open and accessible and the front desk staff are very personable, efficient and friendly.

Since we have started going there, we have had to call to switch appointments or ask questions and always receive a very friendly and timely response. This is exceptional customer service in a very busy world!

We were referred to Wenger Orthodontics in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, by a colleague and we feel very fortunate that we are all in such capable and friendly hands! Not to mention that Dr. Terrence (Terry) Wenger played for the Cleveland Indians back in the early 60's and our son thinks this is the absolute coolsest part of the whole operation -- he is asking for his autograph next time we go!
