Future Contracts

I am very excited that I am working with MLS Contracts, www.mlscontracts.com, in the Cincinnati Market. I am licensed in Ohio and Indiana and at this time the opportunity for electronic signatures in only with the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. There are several RE/MAX Unlimited Agents running live with our clients and contracts to make sure the software is responding to the Realtor and client needs. This www.mlscontracts.com is a very secure site and I look forward to this technology as the future of service for our client's needs.

I completed my first Purchase Contract Offer written on MLS Contracts on Saturday, June 27, 2009. The following is how this worked,

1. My client was contacted by email when I completed Agency and entered name and email address.
2. The email had my buyer log onto www.mlscontracts.com client portal to aquire the electronic signature.
3. The written and changes for the contract were made during the review with my buyer over the phone.
4. My buyer then accepted the Agency, Purchase Contract and other broker RE/MAX Unlimited forms I sent.
5. The electroric signature then appeared on the form to print a hard copy.

There will be one motion to send the time sensitive offer when all Realtors are in this system and all markets are on line. Your buyer could be living in California or in your office sitting next to you and purchasing a home here in Ohio or Indiana. Service will be remarkable and is our future. Your client simply needs a computer, personal or maybe even at the library, and a email address that is not shared. We will be writing contracts, counter offers and acceptance of offers, whether your buyer is in town, on vacation or in another state, with electronic signatures.
