Sales were down 3.6% from September 2008 (333)

The number of homes for sale is down 19.6% from September 2008.

-15.7% Months of Inventory (Closed Sales) in comparison to September 2008.

The inventory of homes has held steady for the past 5 months.

Average Sale Price $171,000
