Over the past 12 months I've read about this and that about the housing market improving, but these are the first reports that reflect across the Nation our housing market is improving in the areas of increase of number of sales compared to two years ago, increase in home prices, and increase in new builds. The numbers also reflect the lowered end priced homes have the most significant positive increase whereas the higher end homes continue to lag behind. Please read both links.
