Hope and Good News For the Day!

Today was very satisfying.

• I was able to tell four more people that I would be able to help them with their homes. Traditional sales and short sales, everyone is looking for some good news about the housing market. I had a lot of good, hopeful news today.
  • "Yes, I can help you with your short sale!"
  • "Yes, it looks like you do qualify for a short sale!"
  • "Yes, you can avoid foreclosure!"
  • "No, we DO NOT need a price change at this time!"
• Even some good news for agents, concerning condition, referrals, commissions and successful closings on short sales.
  • "Yes, I really do close my short sales!"
  • "No, I do not work for free."
  • "Remember, the buyer is saving $10,000 on the funky bathroom!"
  • "Yes, I think we can resolve the radon problem."
• I had good news from banks about progress on short sales.
  • "You now have a Phase II negotiator.
  • "Everything looks good in your file - next is closing."
  • "Your acceptance will be faxed shortly."
• I had good news from sellers about helping the sale, great outlook and plans for their future.
  • "Yes, we can do that showing."
  • "We will get that paperwork to you ASAP!"
  • "Yes, the stager can move whatever furniture is needed to the basement!"
• And the icing on the cake...I had good news from family & friends!
  • "My sister is cancer-free!"
  • "Your dad is having a good day!"
  • "I'm writing contracts!"
  • "I love my new office!"
  • "I love my new job!"
  • "My missions meeting went great!"

In my opinion, 2010 is a very different year than 2009. That alone is great news!

(I hope there are many more days like today. It's refreshing - I think I could get used to this!)
