My first million dollar listing – thanks to visibility on Active Rain…

In May of last year, I was contacted by the Short Sale Specialist Network about a short sale referral. That successful relationship was started because they found me on Active Rain. How did they find me? I was blogging about my association with America’s Home Rescue, affiliation with Michael & Stacy Spickes, and my CDRS designation. And they had a lead in my area.

Over the months, the Short Sale Specialist Network has sent me many solid referrals.

But my biggest referral from them so far isn’t even a short sale.

I’ve talked to some agents who have never had a million dollar listing in their entire 30+ year career.

Now I just have to sell it. It's so gorgeous, shouldn't be a problem, right? ;)

P.S. Recently I had one friend scoff at my statement that I have received MILLIONS of dollars in leads and referrals on Active Rain…I guess she will be able to see that I am not exaggerating after this.
