Paulding County Ohio, Housing Market Conditions

Here are this weeks market statistics for Paulding County Ohio. It appears that the market is starting to move a little as the temperatures are warming up and the snow is beginning to melt. In fact, I showed two houses this morning to a couple who specifically said they were waiting to see the houses because they wanted to see what the yard and roof looked like without all the snow.
