Ron and Sue had moved to a home that was starting to have so many major problems that they could not afford to keep up with the issues and pay their mortgage. They had called their mortgage company for help and felt they were only being given the run around instead answers. They were ready to walk away. Repairs were going to cost at least $30,000.
They contacted Jim for help and he found a buyer and got the short sale approved. Ron and Sue were happy, the new owners were happy, and so was the bank. Due to the problems the house had, the bank was also happy not to have to take it back. Another happy ending!
