Finding Short Sale Sellers...

Question for you all...

I am having fantastic success with short sales in the Dayton Ohio real estate market. My question/problem is finding sellers in need of help. I know there are many sellers in foreclosure out there that have no idea that there is help out there for them... they end up in foreclosure never knowing they had other options. The Dayton Ohio Real Estate market needs to get this information out the sellers that are in trouble.

Worse still are the huge number of agents that don't know what they are doing and let listings expire??? unsold and the seller ends up in foreclosure...

What are you doing to market to sellers? Myspace, craigslist, etc???

How about other agents?
