Frozentoesen – Chillin' Out In Toledo!

This ongoing winter event is just one more reason that Toledo and Northwest Ohio, is a great place to call home! Just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy One of Americas 10 Best Zoos!

Every weekend in January & February the zoo features, Frozentoesen which is bunch of activities that keeps the Zoo hoppin’ all winter long!

There are Cabin Fever Feeds and Animal Encounters, where visitors experience animal feeding demonstrations and are allowed up close at a variety of exhibits throughout the Zoo. There are also Ice Carvings in the main plaza for patrons to enjoy.

New this season the Zoo has teamed up with the Toledo Jazz Society, the Children’s Theatre Workshop, the Toledo School for the Performing Arts and several other groups for performances in the Zoo’s historic Indoor Theatre.

If your family is suffering from cabin fever this winter, load up the car and come to Toledo! You'll see why we say, "I Love My Zoo!"
