I live in Painesville, Ohio, a small town about 22 miles east of Cleveland. In a recent survey, Cleveland ranked sixth in the nation for courteous drivers, even when traffic was backed up. I'm so glad to see Cleveland receiving positive recognition. The survey was conducted by a company based in Connecticut.
The article has some great advice... drivers should take a deep breath, slow down, be aware, and be careful.
Good advice no matter where you live! Especially for us Realtors who always seem to be in a hurry.

Christine, that's a great award for your area. It's amazing how drivers get frustrated when it's not going to get them to their destination any sooner then just remaining calm.
