2. Get a wide-angle lens to maximize your portrayal of the home (look for a magnetic wide angle lens of 0.45x to 0.50x that will fit on yourcamera)
3. Choose a digital camera that uses a common memory card such as "SD"which can be used in many devices (make sure your computer has a slot to read these cards)
4. Demonstrate your expertise in digital marketing during the walk-through/listing appointment by using a photo-marketing strategy form when taking photos
5. Select the correct resolution on your camera to maximize memory space, create smaller email photos etc. (recommend setting at 3 to 5 MP)
6. Use "stitch assist"or "panorama mode"on your digital camera to create a simple virtual tour
7. When emailing clients select 1024 X 768 resize option from email program to limit file size
8. Organize your photos on your computer for easy retrieval example under "my pictures"create a folder with the address of each property you take photos of and store all photos of that property in that folder for easy retrieval
9. Input the Maximum photos your MLS will allow taking care to select the first 6 that will be seen by most consumers on REALTOR.com, AOL, & MSN
10. Enhance your listings on REALTOR.com which will improve the shelf positioning and create 299% more traffic to your listings.
