Ok here is my question of the day........lol!!
We have been handeling alot of short sales and we have been very successful with them, and we have actually grown very fond of doing this...
However, We are looking for advice in how to approach people who are going through this situation, and have no clue that they can be helped......
Is there a certain marketing approach that you do, when marketing to people who are in a possible situation of loosing their homes????
We have been brainstorming on how we could put the word out there, without making people feel bad in regards to their situation.
I mean honestly, alot of these people have had a cut in their jobs, got hit with predetory lending and many more reasons. So whats your advice? Anything would be helpful!!!!!
We have designed a great program that works to get people out of this situation its just approaching new prospects we have not figured out..... So let us here your ideas!!!!

Aili and Rhonda-
Congrats on getting the biz done. I have a good friend in the biz who has teamed up with a lender and has blogged their way to notoriety-- on google no less. They have become the de facto team in our area... So good luck with your soon to be chosen partner and the posting.
Start blogging about tip and ideas and things to do to get out of this situation, making yourselves known as being the experts in the area. Be sure to advertise the blog. Also, have you spoken to any attorneys in the area, who may be working with people in bankruptcy situations, or similar? Just some ideas.... Good luck!
In our area people use the yellow signs "Avoid Foreclosure". Personally I think it cheapens your professional image, but they seem to work. However, laws are getting changed to fine all these signs (they are posted EVERYWHERE) so this may become an outdate method. The blogging idea sounds good.
doug,
thanks so much for the advice!!!!
Marlene,

Ed,
