Cheyenne Crossing, Edmond OK Activity Report, December 2007

With the last few new homes selling soon, Cheyenne Crossing will be "complete" within the next few months.  It's turned out to be a beautiful family community that gets a lot of interest.  As a result, my phone has been ringing a lot lately from folks around Edmond and across the country with specific questions about the neighborhood.  I recently sold my last listing in Cheyenne Crossing, so many of them are asking what's selling, what's not selling, and what's new on the market.

You'd be amazed at how often I get asked "What did that house around the corner sell for" or "How much is that house on X street listed for?"  So, I've been working on a format for a monthly activity report, which should be a good resource for Cheyenne Crossing residents, and those thinking about moving here.

This will be the first one, so bear with me, as I work to make it as useful as possible.
