Today is April 25, 2011 and this is your real estate market report for Edmond, OK in the last week. During the last seven days 96 properties were listed within the boundaries of Edmond Public Schools. Of those the average list price is $217, 450. Two of those new listings have already gone under contract! Last week 70 homeowners accepted offers on their houses after an average of just 43 days on the market. The average list price of those pending listings is $189,838.
Last week saw 51 transactions closed. They had been on the market for an average 62 days. Those sellers received an average of 97% of their last list price.
