Choctaw County Free Fair September 2011 Hugo Oklahoma Schedule of Events & Judging

The Choctaw County Free Fair at Hugo, Oklahoma is almost here. The theme for this year's Free Fair is

“The Choctaw County Fair, Where the Road Ends and the Fun Begins."

The Free Fair will be in full swing in 2 weeks. The Choctaw County Free Fair at Hugo Oklahoma is held in the Agriplex, the premiere events center in Choctaw County Oklahoma located at 5^th & Rena. The Dates for 2011's fair are from September 14, 2011 at 8 AM to September 18, 2011 at 12 noon.

The Choctaw County Fair Daily Schedule:

Wednesday September 14, 2011, 1 pm to 6 pm – Booth Setup, Enter Fair Items.

6 pm – Building Closed

Thursday, September 15, 2011

· 8 am to 9 am – Enter Baked Goods and Perishable Foods

· 8:30 am to 10:30 am – Register Poultry and Rabbits

· 9 am to 12 noon – Judging for Family Living Entries, Crop Entries, Horticulture, and 4-H entries. Building Closed to Public During Judging

· 1 pm – Rocking Chair Silent Auction , Exhibits open to the public for viewing.

· 1:30 pm – 4-H/FFA Livestock Quiz Bowl – written exam in the Darrough Room.

· 3 pm – 9 pm – E & B Fun Time Rides, Carnival

· 6 pm – Homemade Root Beer Float Sale (benefits ChoctawCounty 4-H

· 6 pm – 6:30 pm Choctaw County Oklahoma Fair King & Queen Pageant Registration on Stage.

· 7 pm – Choctaw County Oklahoma Fair King & Queen pageant (Stage)

· 7 pm – Poultry & Rabbit Judging

· 9 pm – Building Closed.

· 8:30am – 10:30am - Register Beef Exhibits (Barn)

· 9:00am -All Exhibits Open to Public for Viewing

· 9:00am - Rocking Chairs Silent Auction Continues

· 9:00am – 10:00am - Swink Archery Demonstration (Stage)

· 10:00am -Ansley Pulpwood Stihl Booth & Chainsaw Carving Demonstrations – OPEN

(East Lot)

· 10:00am – 11:00am - Wheat Heart Contest Entries Taken (Auditorium)

· 10:00am – 2:00pm -Petting Zoo (Barn)

· 12:00pm – 1:00pm- Swink Archery Demonstration (Stage)

· 1:00pm – 2:00pm Best Homemade Ice Cream of Choctaw Co. --ELECTRIC AND HAND-CRANKED FREEZERS ---
