Tax Credit for First Time Buyers

Let's all act on the "call to action" by NAR. The tax credit for first time home buyers has been the best program to get home sales moving again. We all know that home sales lead us into the down turn and it can lead us out. The tax credit has gotten good qualified buyers into the market. When we get the first time home buyers buying lower priced homes, that frees those sellers up to buy higher priced homes. It also allows people who are in need to be able to sell their home rather and just let it go into foreclosure.

This is the time to act. Extend the tax credit now.
