Oklahoma Housing Holds Head Above Water

The amount of press that Oklahoma's real estate market gets these days is amazing, and the beauty is that it's mostly positive.

In a recent msnbc.com article, Oklahoma grabs 2 of the top 3 spots for "Housing's Least Underwater Areas," indicating that we're leading the country in terms of equity.

The most impressive part of it, in my opinion, is the 0% fall from peak, indicating that values are remaining level, rather than dropping as they are in many parts of the country.
