How many times can I tell people that real estate is local and our local market is fine? Sometimes it takes a 3rd party to shed some light on a subject. According to an article in the Tulsa World newspaper,
Tulsa's housing market will lose 1.1 percent of its value before it starts to recover by the end of the year, according to an estimate by Economy.com, a division of Moody's.

Despite the expected depreciation, the prediction was good enough to put Tulsa in a tie for the sixth-best-performing home market during the recession.

I know, I know it's hard to believe but not everywhere is a down market. Look locally for a true picture of your market and then shout it from the rooftops!
