RIVER MESA is the one of the newest additions in Yukon, Oklahoma. It is located between Mustang Road and Piedmont Road (Hwy 4) just a mile north of historic Route 66.

River Mesa - Bring your family home! It is almost like living in the country. The green pastures of Express Ranches are neighboring on the north side of the main entry. Southwest theme landscaping greets the neighbors and visitors with a cascading fountain, yuccas, red hot pokers, pampa grasses and other similar plants. Only three reputable builders are building in River Mesa. All of the houses are required to be over 1600sq ft in size. The prices range from 150's to 170's.
