Just a reminder of what we do...as I have had recent discussions ....

Mana Investments and its affiliate, Mana Real Estate help others understand investment real estate by simply doing it. We do it through; joint ventures; utilizing RRSP's as a 2^nd mortgage on investment property; or through other partnership arrangements ( the team approach). As well, this blog is designed to inform, educate, and enlighten anyone who wishes to further themselves by investing in real estate. The information here on investing strategies is free for all to learn and apply. Our focus is mainly on properties and joint ventures that cash flow. Experience has taught us that cash flow acts like a hedge against a downturn in the markets. That is, if a property cash flows and the market slows...it will still cash flow. If the property goes down in value, it will still cash flow.

We believe that although we would like to grow into other markets, Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood, Muskoka's and Georgian Bay areas is where we invest because it is what we know. We know what is happening locally, and as mentioned before, local changes, not national changes, affect real estate values the most.
