Anyone who is a regular reader of my blog knows how much I LOVE working with First Time Buyers and this client is no exception - what a great time we had finding the perfect place! And to make it sweeter, we thought we had lost it as the Seller wanted more than my client's budget would allow and we had to walk away (twice). When the Seller then comes back and presents their offer to my Buyer, at the reduced price - well that is feeling that words cannot describe!
