If we are staging a vacant property we have to assess how much furniture to bring, what size pieces, what art work and other accessories.

If we are working on an occupied home we have to determine if we need to create space, declutter and remove furniture.

We have been trained to judge the size of the room; how to arrange a room so that it opens up and feels spacious and above all flows.

We are trying to create a warm, welcoming space that feels 'comfortable' as soon as you step into it.

Staging follows the adage 'less is more' and does it very well.

We leave the buyer enough room to imagine their lifestyle in your home.
