We had the opportunity to work with some great sellers at a stunning home in Branchton. After doing a consultation for them, we advised them on everything from paint colours to new lighting for the dining room and powder room. We then came in and staged last week with some great rental furniture, our home decor accessories and combined them with the seller's existing furniture.

And the backyard is simply to die for ... I'm trying to convince my husband we need to buy this home! LOL! Its one of the downfalls when you work in the real estate industry and can appreciate beautiful homes that every once in awhile you tumble into love with a property. Well this one's "it" for me! We'll see ..

UPDATE: This home sold in 3 days for 99.4% of the asking price! The sellers opted, against the advice of their Realtor to list it $30K above the suggested listing price - and boy did that pay off! The buyer loved the home so much she stretched her budget by 100K to buy this home! The sellers are so thrilled that they have asked us to redesign their new home!

Thx Lori! It is a gorgeous house, I totally agree. We tried to choose simple accessories so that the overall effect was cohesive and elegant so that the buyers would be enthralled with the house .. and not all the stuff in it.
We're really pleased with how the home turned out - however we told the sellers from the beginning that they gave us a beautiful palette to work with!

UPDATE:
We were just informed that this house is officially SOLD! House was listed on a Monday and sold after only 4 visits (2 by same person who bought the home) and only 4 days on the market for 99.4% of the asking price!
Fabulous! We couldn't be more thrilled for the sellers and another great success story for Rooms in Bloom!

After talking to the seller, we learned a few things. First, the house was shown only 4 times and twice to the same person who ended up buying the home. The sellers priced the home $30,000 above what their realtor recommended and they sold in 3 days for 99.4% of the asking price! The person who bought the home loved it so much that they went $100K over their budget to buy the home!
