I listed a bungalow on Wednesday afternoon at 976 Colborne Street in London Ontario and within 2 hours it sold!

I have been around long enough to know that it wasn't my unique marketing skills (it was however posted on 12 separate web sites, blogged 5 times, 250 feature sheets etc), it wasn't my unique price, my good looks, it was a combination of things.

There were appointments for 31 showings, promises of 4 offers and 9 consumer calls. The point I am trying to make is that if you are contemplating selling a house in Old North London, now is a great time.
