Have read about Toll Free. What about call capture. An individual who wants to remain anonymous and makes a call. What rights we have to contact him (under the DNCL or the privacy policy).

The way I understand the do not call list is that you may contact those who have contacted you in the last 90 days, or that have done business with you in the last XX months (can't recall if it's 12 or 18). Anyway, to to http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov to get the guidelines. Also NAR has a guideline sheet in the resource section of Realtor.com

You'll want to consult the Canadian Do Not Call List exemptions, as there are some differences from the US version.
