CHAPEL HILL SOUTH has some exciting things happening - at the corner of Page Road and Innes, we have a new medical centre being built, on Buttonfield two new bungalows are being constructed as we speak or as I write. There are 13 active listings as of today ranging in price from $595,000 to $329,900.
In the coming year, some 2 bedroom condo units will be built on Page Road - looking forward to seeing them. There's a need for smaller units in the Orleans area for people that are downsizing or just starting their real estate portefolio.
There's still construction happening at Navan and Renaud Roads with sewers, etc being installed for the new developments on Renaud Road and at Bradley Ridge. All and all Chapel Hill South - the western part of Orleans, is developing well. There are several beautiful parks, walking trails, schools and close to so many amenities.
