Yes folks, you read that right. Two small towns on Lake Erie, Canadian side (of course), Port Burwell and Port Stanley are aggressively lobbying the Elgin Military Museum in St. Thomas which has already acquired the decommissioned submarine HMCS Ojibwa from the Canadian Navy.
They plan to save the submarine
from the naval scrapyard and tow it to their community and use it as a tourist attraction which would not only employ an estimated 40+ people but attract 100,000 visitors as well.
I should point out to The US Homeland Security that we will be no threat to America for the following reasons:

you can now go asleep peacefully that I have made the powers to be aware of a possible battle and if everyone takes action, this should be solved in 25 or so years!
