Facebook Service, Page Name Changes

I finally got a response from FB (after a month) about changing my business page to Sutton on the Bay Realty. to no avail, I'm pretty sure the entity I am further exchanging emails with is a robot named Giorgio. Such a disengaging, dehumanizing corporate world this is becoming, even from the leader in social networking, the irony. I would gladly pay for service if it was available.
